Pedagogy in preschool needs to be thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate teaching methods in both theory and practice. Understanding a child’s readiness and developmental stages is the basis for effective teaching strategies.

Pedagogy also includes a very structured SKILL ASSESSMENT of the child at each stage of the skill-building process.

Skill Assessment and Progress Report:

Monthly skill assessment and report (it happens every month once the 4 weeks teaching schedule is completed). This is part of the documentary system and parents are updated every month. They get a complete understanding of skill achievements and deficiencies, if any, about their kid.
Mid Term and End Term academic tests are also conducted as Summative Assessment.
